Product Damage Due to Shipping:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication must be initiated within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The damage must be clearly documented by sending a photograph to our Customer Service team, along with the order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that this must be communicated exclusively through the provided contact channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Product Shipped to an Incorrect Address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Product Availability and Stock:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We cannot guarantee the physical availability of a product advertised as &#8220;instantly available,&#8221; as our inventory changes throughout the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should the requested product be unavailable, the customer will be notified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this event, the customer has the right to request a modification to the order or a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, Class One reserves the right to cancel the order.<br>Important Exclusions and Conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolates: For the safety and satisfaction of our customers, chocolate is considered a sensitive product and cannot be exchanged after the customer has received it.
